Dwayne B. Duncan, Esq has over a decade of experience in the corporate law arena. He started his legal career as a judicial law clerk in the Tax Court of New Jersey where he spent a large portion of his time reviewing and advising on state and local tax issues. 

After ending his tenure with the Tax Court, Dwayne worked as a corporate attorney at Archer Law, a New Jersey Top 10 law firm. There, he honed his knowledge of corporate and business law. One of his major accomplishments while practicing at the law firm was shedding light on the state and local governments’ abuse of their taxing authority.  Dwayne’s work on the legal brief and appearance in court resulted in the Court’s decision in favor of the taxpayers.  

Dwayne’s next major move landed him as a Vice-President, in the number one investment bank in the world, JP Morgan Chase. Throughout his long legal career, Dwayne continues to provide excellent and exemplary services to individuals and businesses, alike. He has advised 100s of Business Owners and protected the brand identity of countless clients.
